Feeling nervous... don't worry, that's perfectly normal!
The prospect of stripping down to your lingerie (or less) can be a very daunting idea and that's totally understandable. But we can assure you that it is an experience you most certainly don't want to miss out on.
What to expect?
In the lead up to your session you'll be supplied with all the information that you need, anything important will absolutely be discussed with you beforehand.
You're also welcome to ask the team any questions that you have and we will be more than willing to answer these and ease you doubts.
You'll also be invited to ourVIP Group where you'll be surrounded by women who have been through the same experience and have shared their thoughts.
Upon walking into the studio you will be greeted by Mel, Dave and your hair and makeup artist.
After chatting to the team and getting ready for your session those nerves will slowly ease away and you'll simply be left with an overwhelming sense of pride in yourself for taking the leap... and maybe some sore abdominal muscles from laughing so much during this empowering and fun experience.
How to help ease the nerves.
Here's a few simple ways to ease those nerves before walking into the studio.
Ask questions - either of the team or of the girls in the VIP Group. Anyone is willing to give their advice and help you out.
Get prepared - have everything you need ready to go before the day so you won't have to stress about forgetting something.
Meditating (if that's your thing).
Breathe! Everything will be okay, we promise. Leave your beautiful self in our hands and the only sad part of the day will be lamenting when it's over (but then you still have your photo viewing so it doesn't really end there!).
